Golden Age Hospitality , the team who brings to youThe Nines, Acme, Happiest Hour, Le Dive, and Deux Chats, is currently seekingan experienced and highly motivated Chef de Cuisine to assist with kitchen management & production for all Golden Age properties.The CDC reports directly into the Corporate Executive Chef, and will assist the Head Chefs of each property with coaching , training, and mentoring their teams , managing food costs, recipe standards, filling in when needed , and with cooking and preparation procedures. Qualified candidates will have: Minimum 4 years experience as a Chef de Cuisine with progressive culinary experience as a Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef in a high volume establishment Track recordof successfully leading, training ,and coaching a BOH team Strong knowledge of food and labor cost Proficient computer skills Ability to work a varied work schedule which includes late nights and weekends Bilingual English / Spanish a plus If you're looking to be a part of a fun growing team, we'd love to hear from you!
